Vasudeo Kamath - Artwork 179

A delicate, fantastical line drawing portraying an elongated head rising above a sparsely populated ground strewn with tiny figures and birds. Thin, confident lines and generous negative space create an elegiac, meditative composition where scale is distorted to suggest inner landscapes and symbolic resonance. The minimal, almost calligraphic rendering gives the piece a contemplative stillness, while scattered motifs—birds, small human vignettes and a slender tree—hint at narrative fragments and poetic associations.

The work balances austerity and suggestion, inviting quiet reflection.
