Pramod - Artwork 228

A delicate watercolor street scene rendered with a soft, sun-washed palette. Two boys occupy the lower right corner: one seated and intent on small objects laid before him, the other standing behind with a curious, watchful expression. The composition leaves a broad sunlit expanse above them, accentuating their smallness and the quiet dignity of their task.

The brushwork is loose and economical, using washes of muted ochres and greens to suggest weathered walls and pavement. Small, precise strokes define the figures and the scattered tools, giving the piece an intimate, observational quality that feels both tender and unsentimental.
