Sidharth - Artwork 412

A large, horizontal drawing combining graphite figure study with a bold, flattened yellow wash and looping gestural marks. On the left a seated, quietly observed figure is rendered in soft pencil modeling; on the right a vertical stack of simplified heads draped in yellow introduces a graphic, symbolic counterpoint accented by red scribbles and calligraphic strokes. The piece balances observational draftsmanship with playful, modernist iconography: realistic anatomy sits beside stylized faces and rhythmic marks, creating a dialogue between realism and abstraction.

The spare background and expansive matting emphasize the immediacy of the drawing, giving it a contemplative and slightly narrative quality.
