Tribhuvan Dev - Artwork 514

A fluid, atmospheric panorama built from layered washes of blue, green and black that suggest undulating hills and a distant rising ridge. The artist’s control of wet-on-wet techniques produces soft gradients and feathered edges, giving the scene a dreamlike, tidal quality. Dark calligraphic strokes and soft mottled textures create depth and rhythm across the picture plane, while a luminous band of sky above stabilizes the composition.

The result is an evocative landscape that emphasizes mood and gesture over representational detail.
