A study in simple marks and porous surfaces, this work places a circular felted ground within several pale frames, its center filled with arced and triangular line-work.

The charcoal‑like edges and faint punctures lend the piece an organic, slightly anthropic quality against the precise framing. The elegant austerity of the composition—reduced shapes, delicate haloing and the tactile grain of the substrate—invites a slow, tactile attention to the relation between drawing and support.
