An aerial or high vantage photograph capturing groups of people immersed in churning water, composed to emphasize pattern, movement and the tactile surface of the river. Dark, silhouetted figures and splashes of color break the uniformity of the water’s tone, creating a dynamic, almost abstract rhythm across the frame. The image conveys immediacy and communal ritual—swimmers and bathers arranged in dispersed clusters—while the subdued palette and natural texture of the water lend the scene a contemplative, almost painterly quality.

The photograph balances human presence with the elemental force of the river.
