Ishwar Chand Gupta - Artwork 69

A subtle, meditative abstraction built from washes of ink and pigment that form mirrored, organic shapes across a restrained ground. Soft grays and muted earth tones dissolve and accumulate into vertical and amorphous forms, while areas of burnt sienna and pale blue provide warm counterpoints and moments of focal interest. The composition reads like a landscape of memory or the residue of a weathered wall, relying on fluid mark-making and accidental textures to suggest depth and narrative.

It invites quiet reflection on process, evaporation and the gentle unpredictability of water-based media.
