Rajat Ghosh - Artwork 750

A horizontal watercolor scene portraying a lone boatman pushing a wooden skiff through a shallow bend, rendered in delicate washes of green, yellow and ochre.

Fluid watercolor passages are animated by confident black ink calligraphy that defines the boat, figure and surrounding foliage, combining loose atmospheric color with illustrative line to evoke a quiet, contemplative passage.
