Rajat Ghosh - Artwork 752

A companion landscape in the same luminous manner, this piece emphasizes a sunlit stairway cutting through terraces toward a verdant tree heavy with fruit. Saturated greens and yellows mingle with loose calligraphic lines to animate terrain and foliage, creating a lively topography of color and mark. The work uses layered washes to produce depth while rhythmic pen gestures add energy and contour, producing a composition that feels both spontaneous and carefully observed.

Signed by the artist, the scene carries a lyrical serenity and a tactile sense of landscape as lived experience.
