A vertically oriented mixed-media work dominated by deep indigo and black strokes, with pale blue passages glimpsed beneath a turbulent surface. The layered application—brush, wash and perhaps scraped pigment—creates a moody interplay of positive and negative space reminiscent of nocturnal waters or storm-swept skies. Framed with a wide off-white mat, the paper is signed and dated at the lower margin, giving the composition a finished presentation.

Dense passages of pigment alternate with lighter, textured areas, producing a dynamic rhythm that rewards prolonged viewing.
