A hand-built terracotta form with rough, cracked surfaces and a suggestion of organic growth.

The top is open and oval, the body textured with deep fissures and rounded protuberances that read like knots or buds on a living trunk, giving the piece a tactile, earthen presence. Placed on a flat plinth, the sculpture balances weight and vulnerability: its weathered skin and visible repairs evoke age and process, while small handles and hollowed sections hint at both function and poetic personhood, inviting close inspection of toolmarks and clay anatomy.
