A robust, ovoid vessel with a narrow mouth displays a weathered metallic glaze that alternates between matte dark bands and metallic, pitted highlights. The surface bears concentric tool marks and a subtle stratification of tones—bronze, iron-gray and deep blue—that read like a condensed landscape wrapped around a pottery form. Placed on a low square base, the jar’s rounded silhouette and tactile, uneven skin evoke ancient utilitarian ware reimagined as an object of quiet reverence.

Its restrained profile and textured finish emphasize materiality and the passage of time, prompting reflection on craft and endurance.
